AI Note-Taking: Tools may transcribe/summarise sessions with your knowledge. These are reviewed by your psychologist and securely stored.

Coordinate with other providers (with consent)
Process billing
Improve service quality (e.g., audits, supervision)
Facilitate secure telehealth and documentation via AI tools

Needed to prevent serious harm
There are suspicions of abuse or illegal activity
You may withdraw consent anytime, excluding data already used based on prior consent.

AI Tools: Secure storage; content verified by clinicians before adding to your file
Paper Records (if any): Locked, limited access
We take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
6. Retention of Information
Information is retained for at least 7 years from your last contact, or until a minor turns 25, in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.
