  • AI Note-Taking: Tools may transcribe/summarise sessions with your knowledge. These are reviewed by your psychologist and securely stored.

2. Use of Your Information

  • Create and update treatment plans

  • Communicate about sessions

  • Coordinate with other providers (with consent)

  • Process billing

  • Improve service quality (e.g., audits, supervision)

  • Facilitate secure telehealth and documentation via AI tools

We obtain informed consent before collecting or sharing your information, except when:

  • Required by law (e.g., subpoena)

  • Needed to prevent serious harm

  • There are suspicions of abuse or illegal activity

Information is retained for at least 7 years from your last contact, or until a minor turns 25, in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.
